Unit access is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for current renters.
No. All rentals are month-to-month. Stay as long as you need storage and move out when you’re ready.

There are lots of options for making payments. You can call us to make a credit card payment, you can log into the portal to manage your own payments, or you can drop off a check in our payment box attached to Building One. Snail mail works too :-)
Maine weather is what it is - we commit to doing our best to keep the facility plowed so that your unit whenever you need it. If you are unable to get into the facility or your unit, give us a call.
